ABOUT RLDB GROUP CONTRACTORS

Richard L. Blake, Jr. is the founding member
of The RLDB Group and serves as its President
and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Blake has over 26
years of experience in the Construction Industry.
Throughout his career, Mr. Blake has held the
positions of Project Engineer, Estimator, Assistant
Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project
Manager, Director of Preconstruction Services and
Vice President of Operations. Advancing through
various positions in the construction industry with
ENR Top 400 firms and well established firms have

provided Mr. Blake with a wide breadth of knowl-
edge to lead The RLDB Group.

His experience in a wide range of market sectors
and managing complex projects coupled with his
work ethic, determination, and attention to detail
will make The RLDB Group an industry leader in all
aspects.

Mr. Blake is a proud graduate of the University of
Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Science
and Master of Science in Civil Engineering
